Pack The ZOU for the Battle Line Rivalry
Nation, it’s time for the Battle Line Rivalry.
Mizzou Football will return home for the Blackout Game on Friday, November 28, marking the final home appearance of the 2014 season. This cross-division rivalry game will feature the Arkansas Razorbacks (6-5, 2-5 SEC), who are coming off two wins against ranked opponents.
Mizzou and Arkansas have met five times so far, with Mizzou holding a 3-2 series edge. The last meeting between the two teams was in the 2008 Cotton Bowl, when Mizzou claimed a decisive 38-7 win to top off a 12-2 season that put Mizzou at No. 4 nationally. The first meeting between Mizzou and Arkansas came back in 1906 in Columbia, when Mizzou won out 11-0.
A rivalry is renewed. A new tradition begins. We’ll see you in The ZOU.
Mizzou vs. Arkansas will kick off at 1:30 p.m. CT on Friday, November 28, in The ZOU and will air on CBS. Follow Mizzou Football on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for updates throughout the game, or listen in via Tiger Network radio affiliates.
