Murray State Game Preview with Henry Josey
One of the biggest reasons for Mizzou fans’ optimism about an improvement for the Tigers this season is the return of junior running back Henry Josey. Josey was leading the Big 12 and was fifth in the nation in rushing when he suffered a season-ending knee injury during the 2011 season. Josey missed all of last season, but this year he’s back and on top of the depth chart again.
Josey sits down with Mizzou Network’s Ben Arnet for a one-on-one interview before the season opener against Murray State. You can hear and see the anticipation and emotion that Josey feels about getting back on the field.
“Oh man, that first carry is gonna be the mark,” Josey begins. “I hope it’s a good one, I’m praying for it, I’ve been thinking about it a whole lot. I’ve been dreaming about it, I just can’t wait to get out there and just do it.”
