Mizzou Tiger Song of the Week: Justin Britt

Senior offensive linemen Justin Britt has a song he listens to five to 10 times a week now. That song is “Hail to the King” by Avenged Seven Fold.

Britt said that the song grew on him when he was listening to it with fellow offensive linemen Max Copeland on their iPads in the locker room before a game.

Britt also mentioned that the song builds up slowly. Then, it hits you with a “sick” guitar solo. Now, Britt listens to the song before every game. It is a part of his pre-game ritual, which is something every player should have.

Now that the Tigers are 6-0, we can hope to be hailing them after the Florida game this weekend. You can rest assured that Britt will be rocking out.
