Mizzou Football Summer Workouts
Football’s summer workouts are in full swing.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Pat Ivey has been leading the team to pump iron in the weight room, run on the sand volleyball courts and exercise in the pool, among other activities.
Summer workouts with the strength and conditioning staff are a major part of on-field success come football season.
But that doesn’t mean the Tigers aren’t taking some time to have fun. The team can also be found hanging out by the pool, playing basketball and eating popsicles to stay hydrated, courtesy of nutritionist Jana Heitmeyer.
The Mizzou Football season opener against South Dakota State is scheduled for August 30 at The Zou.
