Mizzou Football Special Teams Play of the Week

It’s no surprise to see sophomore placekicker Andrew Baggett getting the Special Teams Play of the Week award. So to not surprise you, Andrew Baggett has done it again.

Not only has Baggett done it again (knocking down another field goal with precision), but he also did it against Mizzou’s biggest match up of the year yet: the Florida Gators.

Coming into the game, the Tigers were 6-0, and the Gators would match up as another high-level competitor in the SEC. The Tigers did what they had to, and they did it well. Clenching its seventh win in a row and continuing a perfect season (the first time since 2007), Mizzou will be playing South Carolina next Saturday for the school’s homecoming game.

Again, congratulations to Andrew Baggett for another great kick. He will more than likely kick a few more field goals next week.
