Mizzou Football Special Teams Play of the Week

This week’s Special Teams Play of the Week goes to sophomore kicker Andrew Baggett and the protection unit that covered him for the field goal he made against Coach Pinkel’s former team, Toledo.

With 12:40 remaining in the first half, Baggett sent up a 34-yard bomb through the goal poles with ease.  The kick put the Tigers up 3-0 in an eventual 38-23 victory for Mizzou.

The Tigers are now 2-0 for the first time since 2010 and look to continue their winning streak in Bloomfield, Ind. against the Hoosiers in their next game.
