Mizzou Football Defensive Play of the Week

Junior Markus Golden is certainly living up to the level of play that Mizzou fans have come to enjoy from the defensive line.

The Ole Miss quarterback’s game of cat and mouse ended this past Saturday when St. Louis native Markus Golden got an angle on off the quarterback’s blocker and capitalized for the first Mizzou sack of the game.

Golden’s achievement adds to the Tiger total, which now stands at 35 sacks on the year—good for first place in the SEC.
