The next subject of our Rookie Spotlight series is freshman cornerback Aarion Penton, from St. Louis. Watch as Aarion shares why he chose Mizzou, how he’s adjusting to practice, and his relationship with Coach Ford.
Earlier, we shared the first of many freshman one-on-one interviews, with freshman safety Shaun Rupert. For a more in-depth look into some of Shaun’s first practice moments, and an interview by fellow safety Ian Simon, check out Shaun getting the Mizzou Mic’d Up treatment.
Coach Pinkel stopped in at the Coach and Company Radio Show while going through the ESPN “Car Wash” on Monday, July 22, 2013. Zubin Mehenti talks with Pinkel about a number of topics, including his reaction to last season, how he’s dealing with the pressure to win in the SEC, recruiting, and more.
