Bid on Homecoming Visor for Dream Factory

Gary Pinkel Mizzou Football Visor Auction

Mizzou Football Head Coach Gary Pinkel is auctioning off his Nike visor to raise money for the Central Missouri Dream Factory. The visor being auctioned was worn and autographed immediately following the 2014 Mizzou Homecoming victory against Vanderbilt, celebrating Mizzou’s 175th anniversary.

In addition to snagging a piece of history, the Mizzou Football fan who takes home the visor will be doing some good. The proceeds from the auction, plus $1,000 from Coach Pinkel, will be donated the Dream Factory, a nonprofit, volunteer driven organization that grants dreams to children with critical or chronic illnesses ages three through eighteen.

The eBay auction begins at 11:30 a.m. CT on Monday, October 27, and will close at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, October 29. The visor will ship anywhere in the United States from Columbia, Missouri, after payment is received via eBay. The estimated delivery window is between November 10 and 19.

After every home victory in The ZOU, Coach Pinkel will auction off the visor to raise money for a local charity.
